We designed a Serum solution immunoassay platform that allows researchers to characterise and quantify antigen-antibody interactions directly in low or undiluted serum samples.
The ability to quantify both affinity and concentration empowers researchers with a deeper and better understanding of the in vivo

Scientists, clinicians & the biopharma industries across the world are trying to understand how proteins & their interactions effect sickness and health. The ability to accurately assess the immune response is crucial to better understand infectious diseases like COVID-19. Traditional immunoassays such as ELISAs offer only an incomplete picture of the immune response against SARS-CoV-2 as they combine affinity & concentration into a single, less-precise measure known as titer. Titers cannot distinguish between large numbers of weak-binding antibodies and small numbers of strong-binding antibodies. Understanding antibody responses on the basis of quantitative fingerprints of affinity & concentration could have major implications for plasma transfer treatments, vaccine and therapeutic development,
and the ongoing monitoring of immunity.
