GelXA FIBRIN incorporates fibrinogen to provide an environment that resembles the native wound-healing process. Fibrinogen is converted to fibrin in the presence of thrombin, forming a stable network and promoting tissue repair. Users can use photocuring to tune the stiffness of the bioprinted construct. Based on our GelXA Bioink, GelXA FIBRIN contains fibrinogen to help you study wound-healing environments. Fibrinogen forms complex and stable networks after crosslinking. The included crosslinking solution contains thrombin to develop a compound network with unparalleled stability. GelXA offers dual-crosslinking capabilities through photocuring and treatment with our ionic thombin-containing crosslinking agent. Also available with a CELLINK base. Uses Use as a throughput 3D model (deposited as droplets) with the BIO X Temperature Controlled or Syringe Printhead.
